About the Apprenticeship Program:
Each year, we invite two remote UX apprentices from around the globe to join our immersive 7-month program, available in both fall and spring sessions. Participants will navigate the entire UX design and research processes through the development of a startup idea that resonates with their career aspirations and captures the attention of hiring managers in the relevant industry.
This apprenticeship is offered at no cost to participants and includes personalized 1:1 mentorship throughout the program. Upon completion, our alumni typically secure positions in UX design, product design, UX research, or service design with salaries ranging from $85,000 to $130,000.
We are dedicated to empowering women, immigrants, POC, and LGBTQ individuals, helping them transition into tech roles that command six-figure salaries. Our coaching and guidance will support you until you achieve your career goals.
