- Possessing an EIT, PE registration, or the ability to obtain it within your first year is preferred.
- Making informed design decisions to advance projects efficiently.
- Managing your tasks within the allocated budget and timeline.
- Designing industrial facilities comprehensively, including equipment supports and foundations using concrete, steel, and masonry.
- Collaborating with Baisch's process and electrical teams to deliver integrated solutions to our clients.
- Providing creative input for unique challenges, especially in brownfield and existing facilities.
- Reviewing and stamping design documents.
- Managing a team of designers and drafters as needed.
