Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field. EIT or PE registration preferred, or the ability to obtain it within the first year. Experience with steel and concrete design in industrial settings is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to take on challenges and demonstrate leadership when necessary.

  • Possessing an EIT, PE registration, or the ability to obtain it within your first year is preferred.
  • Making informed design decisions to advance projects efficiently.
  • Managing your tasks within the allocated budget and timeline.
  • Designing industrial facilities comprehensively, including equipment supports and foundations using concrete, steel, and masonry.
  • Collaborating with Baisch's process and electrical teams to deliver integrated solutions to our clients.
  • Providing creative input for unique challenges, especially in brownfield and existing facilities.
  • Reviewing and stamping design documents.
  • Managing a team of designers and drafters as needed.
