Role overview
This full-time, on-site Entry Level Support Engineer position is based in Palmerston and supports the education sector. The standard work week is 38 hours: Monday through Thursday are 8-hour days, and Friday is a 6-hour day.
Main responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues
- Deliver in-person support and manage the ticketing system
- Communicate clearly with users who may not have technical backgrounds
- Prioritize and troubleshoot technical problems
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Complete daily timesheets accurately
Requirements
- NZ citizenship or permanent residency is required
- NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted) required
