Key Responsibilities:Assist in the technical success of a diverse portfolio of customers under the mentorship of senior TAMs or Customer Success Managers. Facilitate customer onboarding, integrations, and configuration processes in alignment with established best practices. Identify technical challenges, adoption barriers, and data quality issues, escalating as necessary and monitoring until resolution. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to tackle technical inquiries and eliminate obstacles to customer adoption. Engage in troubleshooting and resolution of customer-reported technical issues alongside Support and Engineering teams. Document customer environments, technical choices, and recurring issues to enhance internal knowledge and operational continuity. Clearly convey technical concepts to customers, with guidance from senior team members as required. Develop expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and Demandbase integrations.

Role Overview

You will collaborate closely with senior TAMs, Customer Success Managers, and support teams to assist customers in integrating, configuring, and utilizing the platform to its fullest potential.
