Required:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics). Preferred:Previous experience in test equipment engineering, particularly within SSD manufacturing or a similar industry, emphasizing maintenance and sustainability. Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, digital/analog electronics, and instrumentation. Familiarity with data analytics for equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance optimization. Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting SSD test equipment, with a solid grasp of calibration, reliability, and maintenance protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure optimal performance of test equipment, achieving over 99.3% operational availability and a high first pass yield.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of testing systems to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
  • Monitor both real-time and historical data to identify issues, reduce failures, and maximize equipment uptime.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate test equipment performance, discern patterns, and predict potential issues before they affect production.
  • Analyze test equipment data to elevate testing efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve tester performance.
  • Implement real-time monitoring and diagnostic tools to sustain peak performance of test equipment.
  • Examine equipment performance data to optimize maintenance schedules and prolong the lifecycle of testing equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements in testing processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for management regarding equipment performance and enhancement initiatives.
