Role overview The Experiential Programs Manager leads Boulevard’s direct mail channel, turning physical experiences into a strategic driver for customer awareness, engagement, and a better journey. This remote role (USA) takes ownership of both the strategy and hands-on execution for creative mailers and dimensional packages. What you will do Act as Boulevard’s in-house expert for direct mail, managing campaigns from initial concept through delivery. Work closely with Marketing and Sales to design and launch direct mail campaigns that drive high engagement and conversions. Develop creative ideas for physical experiences that fit campaign goals and specific audiences. Oversee production and ensure smooth execution for each mailer and package. Monitor campaign performance, using data to improve future initiatives. Scale direct mail as a strategic channel throughout the sales funnel. Collaboration and impact This position bridges creativity, growth, and sales. Campaign owners define audiences and objectives, while the Experiential Programs Manager transforms those inputs into effective, memorable experiences.
