Essential Experience, Skills, and Abilities: At least 5 years of experience in an IT leadership role. A minimum of 10 years in supporting and developing Financial ERP systems, with a strong preference for candidates with JD Edwards / E1 experience. Deep understanding of ERP modules, particularly in Finance and Accounting. Proven leadership and project management experience in ERP environments. Extensive experience managing a portfolio of projects or complex programs, with the ability to navigate a changing portfolio involving both internal and external contractors. Strong vendor relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Comprehensive technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of JD Edwards files and their relationships to provide guidance on data integrity issues. A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic IT ERP Manager to take charge of our JDE EnterpriseOne ERP system and lead our IT resources. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the technical design, development, and support of Orchestrations within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, ensuring that our Information Technology systems are not only functional but also stable, reliable, and scalable. You will be tasked with verifying that production applications run optimally while swiftly addressing any production issues that arise.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading the management and configuration of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to ensure alignment with our business needs and industry best practices.
  • Overseeing system upgrades, enhancements, and patches, while coordinating efforts with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Collaborating with finance and various departments to gather requirements and develop suitable solutions within JD Edwards.
  • Troubleshooting system challenges, managing escalations, and guaranteeing timely resolutions.
  • Maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.
  • Managing and mentoring the ERP support team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Coordinating with third-party consultants for specialized support and system optimization.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies to ensure our ERP system remains at the forefront of innovation.
