Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business. Over 5 years of experience managing complex programs, including prior experience in a consulting firm (strategy, transformation, operations excellence). Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK. Demonstrated success in implementing ERP tools or supporting strategic ERP journeys (blueprints, ERP transformation roadmaps, etc.). Exceptional leadership skills. Ability to maintain structure and composure under pressure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities; adept at managing project teams and engaging senior client stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to collaborate and grow within the Inetum Consulting business line. Fluency in English and proficiency in either Dutch or French, with working proficiency in the other language being a significant asset.

Your responsibilities include:
• Leading the initiation, definition, and execution of ERP transformation programs and associated business changes.
• Developing a comprehensive program roadmap and ensuring its successful realization.
• Managing a team of experienced project managers.
• Monitoring program objectives and ensuring alignment with client strategies.
• Reporting on program progress to business management.
• Tracking program KPIs and budget management.
• Identifying and managing program risks.
• Ensuring the effective operation of the core team.
As your responsibilities grow, you will take on project lead roles and actively contribute to the development of our consulting unit through knowledge sharing, offer development, and participation in conferences and publications.
