Position Overview: The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Office of the President and CEO, as well as the Core Leadership Team (CLT). This position demands exceptional judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage a range of activities while offering proactive support to the CEO, CLT, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality, demonstrate flexibility, and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations for the Office of the President and CEO and CLT, including scheduling, appointments, and calendar management.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries, ensuring seamless execution and compiling detailed expense reports.
  • Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle correspondence, responding to inquiries and facilitating special requests.
  • Organize meeting logistics for both internal and external gatherings, including meal orders and material preparation.
  • Draft and prepare business and personal correspondence that aligns with the communication style of the President and CEO.
  • Assist with special projects and written communications as directed by the President and CEO or CLT members.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries and reports on behalf of the department.
  • Ensure adequate office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new Executive Members or Consultants in collaboration with the Human Capital team.
