Key Responsibilities
- Oversee executive calendars, manage scheduling, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, addressing them as necessary.
- Maintain organized files, records, and confidential information.
- Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups.
- Assist with project management and monitor deadlines.
- Process expense reports and manage basic budgeting tasks.
- Support event planning and logistical efforts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience supporting C-level executives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
