Swarm Aero develops advanced aerial technology, building a large-scale swarming UAV network and an adaptable swarming aircraft platform. The team is preparing to launch its first aircraft designed for swarming missions, supported by a Command & Control software system that manages thousands of autonomous units. This system allows human operators to coordinate complex aerial operations effectively.

Swarm Aero's founders and team members bring experience from companies like Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. Collectively, they have built and exited multiple startups, secured defense contracts worth billions, and designed over 30 aircraft.

The Role: Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will support the Operations Manager and three founders, playing a key role in keeping the leadership team organized and focused. This position is based in Oxnard, CA.

  • Maintain organization and continuity for the leadership team
  • Act as a force multiplier by anticipating needs and ensuring operational focus
