Your Role
In your capacity as the Executive Assistant & Front Desk Support at Munich Electrification, you will provide invaluable assistance to our Managing Directors, particularly the CEO, by undertaking a variety of stimulating and diverse tasks. You will autonomously coordinate and manage both internal and external appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will encompass handling correspondence in both English and German, preparing presentations, documents, and reports, scheduling calls, and providing ongoing support for daily organizational activities. Your proactive approach and methodical work style will serve as a professional support system for our Management team across all key administrative functions. Additionally, you will oversee our front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and professional reception for our guests. This role requires a commitment of 30-40 hours per week, with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office to maintain front desk coverage.
Your Future Tasks at a Glance
1. Executive Support:
Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to executive management, including the organization of meetings, calendar management, and preparation of materials.
Facilitate and coordinate communication between executives and both internal and external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and distribute various documents and correspondences on behalf of executive management.
