· A minimum of 10 years of experience in providing executive support at the C-Suite level, preferably with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals.· Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-pressure, rapidly evolving environment.· Exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving capabilities.· Proficient in technology with strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and iOS devices.· Familiarity with Asana is a plus.· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.· Unwavering discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

We are on the lookout for a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Chairman of a vibrant and rapidly expanding family office. This is a remarkable chance to collaborate closely with a distinguished founder and Chairman, facilitating the smooth management of both business and personal responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

The successful candidate will exhibit a polished demeanor, maintain discretion, and excel in high-pressure situations. Key skills include managing intricate calendars, coordinating travel logistics, planning high-profile events, and handling confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism. This role is ideal for an experienced EA who can anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and instill calm and order in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a constantly evolving executive calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization.

· Collaborate with the PA team to arrange national and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.

· Prepare documentation for executive-level meetings and ensure appropriate follow-up.

· Handle sensitive correspondence, expenses, and records with utmost discretion.

· Work closely with OpCo CEOs, the Family Office President, and the broader executive team to ensure alignment.

· Oversee special projects, events, and initiatives on behalf of the Chairman.

· Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders, staff, and family members.

· Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule as an integral part of the Chairman's office team.
