We are on the lookout for a motivated Expansion Account Executive to become an integral part of our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales growth by engaging with and managing relationships with customers in the Emerging segment (companies with 300 employees or fewer). Your proficiency in handling a high volume of rapid transactions will be key to expanding client accounts.
This position is crucial to our organization as MaintainX continues to experience remarkable triple-digit year-over-year growth, necessitating top-tier client care and management.
The ideal candidate for the Emerging Expansion AE/Account Manager role will confidently reach out to hundreds of accounts quarterly. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to client retention and expansion. This high-responsibility role demands someone who excels under pressure, is exceptionally organized, and is deeply focused on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership: Take charge of a “book of business” from post-sale handoff. Leverage your sales expertise to engage and foster relationships with a large segment of our emerging customers. Treat your clients like family and ensure their needs are met.
- Expansion: Satisfied clients often lead to expansion opportunities. Utilize your experience navigating high volumes of deals to uncover and exploit expansion prospects within existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and enduring business partnerships.
- Prospecting: Proactively identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions, consistently exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service.
- Presentation: Effectively communicate key metrics and data to illustrate the value and impact of our solutions, clearly demonstrating the return on investment for our clients.
- Organization: Manage your book of business while executing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as client requests, demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
