Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee all operations within the service department including technicians, service advisors, and support staff. Establish and achieve departmental goals and objectives. Collaborate with the Parts Manager to ensure efficient parts availability for service tasks. Work closely with the shop foreman to guarantee timely and effective vehicle servicing. Facilitate regular manager and department meetings to promote communication and efficiency. Manage the annual operating budget of the service department. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally. Inspire, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and morale. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service and maintenance needs. Uphold the values, quality, and integrity of our service operations.
