The Greensboro team is seeking an Experienced Commercial Door Technician. This position centers on maintaining and repairing roll-up doors (also called dock doors) and other commercial entry systems. Industry professionals provide training, and backgrounds in construction, electrical work, carpentry, or mechanical services are a strong foundation for success in this role.
Hiring Bonus: $2,500 is available for candidates with commercial door experience, and $500 for those new to the field.
What you will do
- Repair a variety of commercial doors and hardware, including roll-up doors, dock equipment, high-speed rolling doors, and entry doors.
- Identify and recommend additional products or services to clients as appropriate.
- Complete and submit job documentation promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols on the job.
- Handle other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- At least one year of commercial door industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
