About this Opportunity:

We are in search of a skilled Project Manager to become a vital member of our Fort Myers and/or Naples office. This role is pivotal in overseeing the direction, completion, and financial success of our commercial construction-management projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including preconstruction, permitting, pay applications, contract administration, and project closeout.
  • Lead and manage project teams effectively.
  • Ensure project schedules are adhered to and managed efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents, architects, and engineers to set project priorities.
  • Strategically plan and implement all aspects of each project.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
