Comprising around sixty skilled consultants specializing in finance transformation, CSR, IT, change management, and the public sector, we are part of the France consulting offering 'HR, People and Change'.Our Social HR Consulting team addresses a wide range of HR functions within organizations, including payroll, labor law, employment law, HR strategy, and organizational development.We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:HR and Payroll AdvisoryProviding expert assistance in labor law and social protection for clients throughout their HR and payroll projects: onboarding a new HR Director, implementing internal organizational changes, restructuring, negotiating agreements, establishing employee representation bodies, and developing HR policies.Conducting due diligence and supporting transactions: reviewing key risks related to labor law, social protection, HR, and payroll, as well as quantifying those risks.Designing and implementing HR and payroll procedures: understanding the client environment, proposing recommendations, and drafting procedures.Legal AuditReviewing HR and payroll procedures and documentation (company agreements, written procedures, employment contracts, payroll settings, etc.): providing a quantitative assessment of risks related to adjustments, penalties, errors, and fraud, along with compliance recommendations.You will also engage in ongoing legal monitoring and collaborate with the team on current social issues.As a seasoned consultant, you will interact directly with clients and mentor junior consultants, facilitating their skill development.
