Utilize your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and econometric modeling on extensive datasets to evaluate outcomes, uncover causal relationships, forecast future trends, and engineer innovative, data-driven solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Data Science to devise product strategies grounded in robust scientific analysis.
Leverage statistical, machine learning, and econometric models on large datasets to:
Assess results and outcomes accurately.
Determine causal impacts and establish attribution.
Anticipate user or product performance effectively.
Innovate and implement data science solutions that facilitate large-scale, data-driven decision-making.
Design, execute, and interpret experimental results to inform product development.
Establish key performance indicators and metrics for Aven’s offerings.
Lead initiatives for data collection and enhance existing data sources.
Craft analyses that convey compelling narratives and drive actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of proven experience in data science, showcasing thought leadership and innovative contributions.
PhD or MS in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Economics).
Proficient in a scientific programming language (R or Python) and SQL.
Strong theoretical and practical expertise in statistics, machine learning, and experimental design.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in developing and scaling complex modeling solutions from concept to production.
Demonstrated ability to influence significant organizational decisions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
