Essential Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years in software development. Proficient in Python, with a solid grasp of async/await, asyncio, type hints, Pydantic, and SOLID principles. At least 3 years of experience in creating user interfaces using React.js. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and contemporary front-end methodologies. Proven experience in developing and managing APIs and microservices using FastAPI. Hands-on knowledge of feature engineering pipelines, real-time and batch inference systems, and model deployment. Comfortable navigating the complete software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and production environments. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, builder-focused mindset. A collaborative team player with the ability to engage effectively with product, UX, and business stakeholders. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD via GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps). Familiarity with Kubernetes. Background in cloud services, particularly Azure (OpenAI, Blob Storage, Key Vault). Understanding of data security and multi-tenant architectures. Knowledge of PySpark or Scala.
