Rate: $37/hour on W2
As an Experienced Hire Recruiter, you will play a vital role in fulfilling the recruitment needs of various client groups. You will manage the entire recruitment process efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely sourcing and placement of candidates. Collaborate with hiring partners and executives to identify sourcing requirements and develop strategies for a fully sourced client group. Your responsibilities will include crafting clear and compelling job descriptions, executing job postings, conducting CV selection and screening, interviewing candidates, and acting as the primary contact for all applicants while managing the feedback process. You will also oversee the offer process and post-offer integration for all new hires, as well as manage recruitment vendors and reporting.
