Your Contribution

Pearce is on the lookout for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team dedicated to servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems at telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This dynamic role is perfect for individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, enthusiastic about travel, and eager to learn and advance in the Telecom sector. This is a regional position; candidates should reside in the Manchester, New Hampshire area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of complete systems.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Executing additional maintenance or upgrades for off-season HVAC systems.
  • Responding promptly to service calls, including emergency call-out services.
  • Accurate and timely completion of daily work reports.
  • Safely and legally operating and maintaining a motor vehicle following PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
