Your Role:

Pearce is looking for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC package units at Cell Tower Sites. This fast-paced role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position, and candidates should reside in the Boulder, Colorado area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades on HVAC equipment during off-seasons.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency situations.
  • Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
  • Operate and maintain a vehicle safely in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
