Core ExperienceMust possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required). At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred). Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred. Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Your Role and Impact

Pearce Services is actively seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems specifically in telecom shelters located at cell tower sites. This fast-paced and rewarding career is ideal for motivated individuals who are responsible, self-directed, open to travel, and eager to advance their knowledge within the telecom industry. This position is regional, and candidates should be based in the Salem, Oregon area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on off-season HVAC units.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency situations.
  • Complete daily work reports accurately and punctually.
  • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance guidelines.
