Experienced Litigation Paralegal

Key ResponsibilitiesDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and legal memoranda. Electronically file all court documents in both state and federal courts. Maintain open communication with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties. Conduct comprehensive legal research and factual investigations. Prepare discovery documents, including interrogatories and responses. Draft and serve summons as required. Organize and summarize depositions. Compile trial binders and exhibits. Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents for court submission. Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling hearings, organizing case files, and logistics coordination. Maintain accurate indexes of pleadings and discovery documents. Organize evidence, exhibits, briefs, and appendices effectively. Support attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests. Gather pertinent information from diverse sources. Serve as a liaison between trial teams and various stakeholders. Assist in witness preparation. Support case settlement processes. Perform additional tasks as assigned by attorneys. QualificationsAssociate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience preferred. Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program is preferred. Experience in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Premises Liability, or similar practice areas is preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage workload with a positive attitude. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in scheduling depositions, mediations, and hearings.
