Experienced Methods Technician (H/F)
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will act as a crucial interface between R&D and production teams, facilitating the industrialization of our products and optimizing industrial performance. Your contributions will focus on enhancing assembly and adjustment processes while progressively integrating Lean methodologies within the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Facilitating the transition of prototypes to industrial production by defining manufacturing ranges, instruction sheets, and tooling requirements to ensure compliance, performance, ergonomics, and operational safety.
Identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational disruptions in production related to processes, tools, ergonomics, or flow management.
Defining and monitoring performance indicators, identifying root causes of quality issues, and implementing corrective actions to meet high production standards.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and promoting best practices throughout the organization.
