A proactive attitude towards responsibility, change, and making a positive impact. Ability to navigate complexity and present data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders. Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their product development processes and information flow.
  • Work within a project team to enhance how clients manage their product data, addressing issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Advance your project and people management skills through mentoring and hands-on experience.
  • Take ownership of your workstreams as you deepen your knowledge of PDM/PLM engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Assist in deploying and developing our technical/software tools and solutions.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, one-on-ones, and knowledge-sharing sessions with subject matter experts and management.
  • Support a variety of internal business improvement initiatives related to team building, CSR, diversity, and more.

Most projects require on-site presence part of the week, but we offer flexible working arrangements.
