To be considered for this role, candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in several key areas:Supervising multiple Project Managers, each leading specific project components and their respective teams. Overseeing project phases, including development, implementation, and operational startup, while ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet established timelines, budget, and performance metrics. Identifying and articulating project challenges, developing procedures for the introduction and execution of significant new or modified project components, and securing necessary approvals. Establishing clear objectives for the project, including budgetary requirements, team composition, roles, responsibilities, and terms of reference. Providing ongoing project updates and reports at scheduled intervals to stakeholders.
