As part of its expansion, Assystem Project Management is enhancing its teams and is in search of Experienced Project Planners to collaborate with major contractors in the industrial and nuclear sectors. You will provide direct support for project management in a highly regulated environment concerning safety, quality, cost, and deadlines.
Your Responsibilities:
Within the team, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and ensuring the planning strategy aligns with the client’s contractual and industrial requirements (quality, nuclear safety, regulations, etc.)
- Developing, structuring, and maintaining reference schedules (project level, sub-projects, work packages, etc.)
- Constructing and updating schedules using MS Project or Primavera
- Identifying critical paths, margins, contractual milestones, and planning alerts
- Conducting impact analyses (delays, uncertainties, rescheduling scenarios, etc.)
- Tracking progress and producing planning reports (progress curves, schedule indicators, alerts, etc.)
- Collaborating with all stakeholders (engineering teams, construction, safety, project management, etc.)
