Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors, your expertise in cost verification, budget oversight, and contract administration will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and validate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses.
  • Plan and manage the quality, budget, and timeline of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring all work is executed to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports and documentation related to construction activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams including designers, procurement specialists, site managers, and contractor partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Provide expert advice to project managers on cost-related matters.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and address any arising issues.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in construction cost management.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to meet all cost-related requirements.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and enhancements in project efficiency.
