A minimum of four years of experience in roles such as IT Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Technology Delivery Manager. Hands-on experience with application programming, database management, and system design. Proficiency with project management tools including MS Project, Jira, and Confluence. Familiarity with software like Microsoft Suite and Bamboo. Knowledge of development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Experience with technologies including APIs, Cloud Services, Network Infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.

Join Intralot as a Technical Project Manager in Duluth, GA, where you'll lead technology projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all dimensions of technology projects, managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing resources, and external vendors.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management detailing project status.
  • Create, implement, and adapt project work plans to accommodate shifting needs and requirements.
  • Identify necessary resources and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Monitor daily operational aspects of projects.
  • Review and approve team deliverables before client submission.
  • Apply and enforce project methodologies and standards consistently.
  • Evaluate quality assurance procedures, test plans, and strategies.
  • Minimize project risk exposure and ensure documentation is thorough and accurately maintained.
  • Track and report team hours and expenses weekly, managing the project budget.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain project scope and provide mentorship to emerging managers.
  • Conduct daily and weekly meetings with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and monitor project KPIs.
  • Work closely with clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify, log, and address findings promptly.

Partial telecommuting is permitted, allowing for up to two days per week from within the Duluth, GA Metropolitan Statistical Area.
