Main responsibilities Manage engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring objectives are met at each stage Engage directly with clients to clarify technical requirements and provide regular project updates Produce cost, time, and resource estimates for engineering work and offshore maintenance activities Coordinate and implement mechanical and structural engineering solutions, including the design and specification of structural components and machinery Supervise the mobilization of equipment required for projects Requirements Proven experience managing projects from start to finish, with a proactive approach to solving problems Strong organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track Experience with crane and lifting-related projects is highly preferred Minimum of an HND in a relevant engineering discipline An engineering degree and project management qualifications are beneficial but not required Role is based in Aberdeen; preference for local or nearby candidates Diversity and inclusion EnerMech welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities.
