In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Director of Software Engineering, taking charge of the robotics software stack that drives our autonomous surface vehicles. You will ensure that our roadmap execution aligns seamlessly with both technical and business objectives. We seek a technical leader who excels in clarifying ambiguity while balancing hands-on expertise with team leadership in a fast-paced setting. This role initially focuses on individual contributions to foster deep system familiarity, progressing towards a balanced mix of technical input and team leadership.This position requires onsite presence in Alameda, CA, three days a week as part of our hybrid model.
