Front-office Activities: Customer Service and Sales: Manage check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan features, and upsell road trip essentials. Back-office Activities: Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, prepare vehicles and road trip kits. Quality Control: Ensure campervans are in excellent condition, addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly. Support Activities: Assist the team with stock monitoring and troubleshooting operational challenges.
