This role involves approximately 50% travel to client locations across the nation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional expert in Workday and guide clients throughout the systems development lifecycle.
- Facilitate clients through all project phases including fit/gap analysis, configuration, and testing.
- Support clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their existing business operations.
- Provide strategic advice on options, risks, and potential impacts on other processes or systems.
- Configure the Workday system and integrations to align with each client’s unique business requirements while offering insights on best practices.
- Collaborate with the client and data migration team to assist in converting legacy data into Workday.
- Assist the integration team with the design, configuration, and testing of both delivered and custom integrations.
- Complete tasks efficiently, maintaining timely communication with management regarding progress.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the process of delivering Workday solutions.
