Role overview The Accounts Receivable Clerk manages invoicing, payment processing, and customer account reconciliation. This role ensures financial transactions are recorded accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities include resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining ongoing communication with customers, including large retailers, across multiple platforms. Role Overview: Collision Estimator The Collision Estimator plays a central role at AF Collision, managing repair plans and helping customers understand the repair process. This position requires strong organizational habits, accuracy in data entry, and frequent coordination with insurance companies. Experience in estimating and working with insurance providers is a strong advantage. Main Responsibilities Assess repair costs for labor and parts. Prepare and submit detailed repair estimates. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and insurance representatives. Negotiate repair expenses with insurance adjusters. Create thorough repair plans and documentation. Schedule repair appointments and follow up with clients. Answer incoming calls and provide professional service. Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and manage expectations.
