Department: Supply Chain & LogisticsReports to: Supply Chain ManagerRole Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Logistics and Clearance Executive to manage comprehensive logistics operations, ensuring that goods are delivered promptly and cost-effectively while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and distributors. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in land, sea, and air freight operations and demonstrate exceptional English communication skills to effectively coordinate and negotiate with our partners.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the logistics and supply chain operations across various regions.Plan and supervise inbound and outbound logistics processes for land, sea, and air freight.Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers, and distributors.Ensure the accuracy of shipping documentation and adherence to local and international regulations.Optimize logistics workflows and propose enhancements in transportation and warehousing.Lead and mentor junior logistics personnel.Prepare detailed logistics reports and performance dashboards for management review.Handle escalations and efficiently resolve logistics-related challenges.
