The Role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality. This is not a support role or a junior position; you will take charge of actively generating new business, managing the entire sales cycle, and converting leads into enduring clients.
You should be well-versed in outbound sales, lead generation, pitching, and closing deals. You possess the resilience to handle rejection, the determination to advance negotiations, and the ability to build a robust sales pipeline autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process: from outbound prospecting to discovery, pitching, negotiation, closing, and initial account handover.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Utilize data-driven strategies to identify new business opportunities.
