About The Role:
Our Spryng hub in the Netherlands is seeking a Business Development Representative Intern to support our DACH Sales Team. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain practical experience in an international setting where customer satisfaction is paramount. If you're tech-savvy, enthusiastic about learning, and ready to bring positive energy to our dedicated sales team, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute as a full-fledged team member, gaining hands-on experience in Sales, Support, and Marketing for the German market.
- Utilize sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, and Trello.
- Communicate with prospective customers via calls and emails, addressing their inquiries effectively.
- Provide exceptional support to DACH customers through chat, telephone, and email channels.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to bolster Spryng's global footprint and online visibility.
- Engage in meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming activities.
- Learn about Human Resource Management by independently managing intern recruitment efforts.
