What you will do Design system architecture: Lead the development and refinement of the website design system, including tokens, components, and layouts. The system will support both human designers and AI tools. AI-driven workflows: Set up and manage AI tools such as v0, Lovable, and Cursor to design, build, and launch web pages and components. The focus is on improving speed and consistency across the site. Conversion-driven design: Apply conversion rate optimization principles to layouts, components, and user flows. Prioritize designs that drive user sign-ups. Full stack ownership: Oversee the entire process from initial concept through to interactive prototype, moving designs into production independently and without developer support. This position may also involve occasional collaboration with two new product teams within the department that are working on next-generation solutions for team development workflows, contributing to the design of upcoming JetBrains products that have yet to be released to the public. We are seeking an individual who can spearhead design initiatives, take ownership of key product areas, and clarify complex technical workflows to enhance usability.
