We’re growing and looking for a Product Manager focused on Social Growth and Engagement. Role Overview: Social Product & Growth This position centers on the social features that connect travelers and their supporters. The Product Manager will own the Social & Follower experience, shaping tools that make sharing easier and keep followers involved. Collaboration with Growth, Marketing, and the Track (Traveler Experience) Product Team will be a regular part of the job, all aimed at increasing social growth and deepening engagement. The focus is on building smooth social growth loops and features that encourage followers to participate actively. A strong interest in metrics and user experience is important for this role. What You Will Do Oversee the Social & Follower experience, improving sharing and engagement features. Drive growth for key metrics such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), sharing rates, and social engagement. Design and run experiments to quickly test ideas and support decisions with data. Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to align product initiatives with user acquisition and retention goals. Break down complex problems into clear, testable tasks for the team.
