As our new Learning & Development Experience Designer and Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture of innovation. This position goes beyond merely organizing workshops; you will craft a holistic learning ecosystem that nurtures talent through performance, connection, and culture. Your designs will facilitate meaningful experiences that unlock the full potential of our team members.
This role is perfect for an individual who is eager to think creatively, experiment with novel ideas, and inspire learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reimagining our learning ecosystem to ignite insights and develop the capabilities essential for large-scale innovation while building on our strong foundation.
- Leading the facilitation of new and existing learning initiatives for individual contributors, leaders, and teams across Adyen on a global scale.
- Exploring, piloting, and integrating AI-driven learning solutions to enhance skill development and foster behavioral change.
- Utilizing your technical skills and design sensibilities to create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly learning resources.
- Serving as a strategic partner, translating company objectives into impactful learning experiences that address specific challenges.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning by advocating a growth mindset and a builder's attitude.
- Iterating and enhancing our programs using feedback and data, while constantly seeking new learning technologies and methodologies to elevate our impact.
