Acting as the technical liaison for a compact, agile Product team (comprising Culinary R&D, Nutrition, Menu Planning, and Strategy), you will assist in defining our product roadmap while enhancing the overall customer experience. What You’ll Do: The Recipe 1. In-Depth Research & Insights Conduct extensive analyses (e.g., cohort analysis, A/B tests) to assess the impact of our product decisions, identifying which recipe/menu changes drive customer retention. Address complex, open-ended research questions, validating our hypotheses regarding customer needs and behaviors, while transforming messy (and often imperfect) data into clear, actionable narratives. Combine quantitative data with qualitative feedback (customer reviews, sensory testing, and surveys) to create a comprehensive view of the customer. Identify opportunities to enhance our customer offerings through independent research and analysis. 2. Infrastructure & Tool Development Create and maintain queries, dashboards, and automated Google Sheet tools that enable the Product team to derive insights independently. Assist in establishing and monitoring relevant metrics that elucidate the causal relationship between our weekly activities, customer engagement, and business performance. Automate repetitive data tasks, allowing the team to allocate more time towards improving our product offerings. 3. Champion Data Culture Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by promoting data literacy, quality, and best practices within the team. Enhance and automate our weekly business performance review process, ensuring data is relayed effectively.
