As a Senior Business Controller, you will serve as a strategic partner who guides, creates value, and drives change in an organization that is actively professionalizing, digitizing, and expanding. You will focus on profitability, performance, and future-oriented decision-making, directly influencing the management team, partners, and private equity stakeholders. Your Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Leadership
You are the strategic mind behind our financial direction:
* Lead the economic thought process within business units.
* Advise management, the MT, and partners, providing insights with organization-wide impact.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating them into actionable strategic recommendations.
* Critically evaluate business cases and investment decisions based on return, risks, and long-term value.
2. Value Creation & Performance Management
You are the driving force behind financial and operational growth:
* Actively manage improvements in margins, cash flow, productivity, and KPI development.
* Identify significant process and performance enhancements within business units and organization-wide.
* Provide advice on optimizing portfolio, pricing, resources, and capacity planning.
3. Planning, Forecasting & Scenario-Driven Management
You make the future predictable and manageable:
* Develop high-quality multi-year models, scenario analyses, and forecasts that guide organizational goals.
* Oversee a robust, future-oriented planning and control cycle.
* Translate the value creation plan into concrete steering parameters for management and operations.
4. Process Automation & Organization-Wide Improvement
You bring innovation:
* Initiate and lead programs focusing on process standardization, automation, forecasting, and AI applications.
* Be a visible change agent within the organization, making a direct impact on professionalization and digitization.
5. Senior Stakeholder Management
You connect, persuade, and reconcile interests:
* Serve as a sparring partner for C-level executives, partners, and investors.
* Harmonize business, finance, and private equity interests in well-supported strategic choices.
