Position: Senior Learning Experience Designer – Tech Academy

By integrating fast-paced enablement and learning into everyday workflows, we empower engineers, product managers, and PX professionals to innovate swiftly, adapt to changes, and drive customer growth on a global scale.
As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of technical enablement, operational transformation, and behavioral change. Your mission will be to craft impactful learning experiences that seamlessly integrate into team workflows, transforming learning into a strategic asset for speed, accountability, and tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with tech teams at various levels to create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and immediately applicable.
- Partner with technical teams to implement best practices throughout the product and development lifecycle.
- Enhance tech onboarding processes and critical employee journey moments, ensuring a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Develop diverse learning formats including programs, micro-learnings, digital nudges, workflow prompts, and lightweight automations, leveraging AI tools.
- Collect feedback from individual contributors and leaders to identify and address cultural challenges and workflow gaps, translating them into effective learning solutions.
- Design and execute experiments to test new routines, peer accountability frameworks, and workflow optimizations.
- Showcase success stories where tech teams exemplify strong ownership and contribute to cultural evolution.
- Equip teams with the tools to conduct their own peer-led learning sessions, supported by accessible digital tools and AI enhancements.
- Establish feedback loops and review delivered content, iterating quickly based on user engagement and insights.
