This position is integral to our collegial Group Privacy Office, which is part of the Legal team.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Advising business units (marketing, sales, IT, and operations) on compliance with privacy, AI, and related regulations, while working collaboratively with Group Privacy Office colleagues on projects of both regional and global significance.Conducting vendor and third-party privacy risk assessments, especially concerning cloud service providers, data center partners, and managed service vendors.Assisting with cross-border data transfer evaluations, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs), and adequacy mechanisms.Delivering clear, practical guidance in a multicultural setting, effectively balancing regulatory expectations with business realities.Efficiently advising on data protection clauses in various agreements, including licensing, vendor contracts, SaaS, technology agreements, and confidentiality agreements.Supporting product development by advising on privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles, aligning regulatory obligations with business objectives and client expectations.Drafting, updating, and maintaining internal and external privacy documentation.
