What We Seek
We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled CAD Modeler who can transform our unique production system's design process. This role will involve crafting highly detailed designs that exceed conventional AEC workflows, integrating advanced scripting and automated design logic into CAD processes, and generating various supporting assets essential for manufacturing and analysis. We value self-starters who relish problem-solving and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical CAD software, such as CATIA, Creo, Onshape, or SolidWorks, with proven expertise in creating and revising models. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of 3D model management are essential. Familiarity with the scripting capabilities of CAD systems and the challenges of automating design is highly desirable.
In this role, you will work closely with architects, designers, and engineers in a creative and supportive work environment. You will report directly to the Head of Building Products and enjoy a full-time, salaried position.
