The Work:Act as the primary expert for transitioning data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into Workday Cloud HCM systems.Execute data conversions into Workday utilizing Workday's loading tools.Develop ETL scripts to prepare and transform data for loading into Workday.Lead the validation process for data integration into Workday.Assist clients with mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues, and overseeing data conversion activities throughout the project.Facilitate key communications with project and client leadership.Adhere to the strategic direction set by leadership in establishing Workday project objectives.Collaborate closely with client counterparts to achieve shared goals.Proactively identify and escalate risks, developing alternative technical and functional strategies as necessary.
