Role Overview The Lead Field Service Technician manages and supports a team of approximately 8 field service technicians and engineers. This hands-on role covers both field work and direct oversight of teams supporting 2 to 6 active customer sites. Supervisory Responsibilities Provide daily guidance, work direction, and coaching for field service technicians. Offer mentorship and technical support to the team.
