Ensure technicians have the necessary tools, materials, and documentation for each site. Report product or quality issues to management and work with production and engineering teams to address them. Work with Division Manager, Field Service Manager, Field Service Support, and Site Operations Representative to schedule additional field resources as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
